This will only make you feel frustrated as you will not see any results unless you persevere for a considerable amount of time.

47. Weight loss programs do not end with the period they specify, it has to be continued as long as you wish to stay trim.

49. Avoid using weight loss pills without your physician's prescription. You might invite greater troubles through unforeseen side effects.

50. Have realistic targets to reduce your weight. You certainly cannot reduce 3 pounds a day.
